Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and maintaining records.
  • Gather and organize financial information and documentation from clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in tax preparation or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:
