Position Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our firm, ensuring that our administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and update documents in systems.
  • Collaborate with legal and operations teams for timely processing.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Ensure client records and databases are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing tax documents.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather required documents and information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive client data.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a tax or financial services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer savvy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or tax terminology is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
