Position Details
We’re looking for someone organized and detail-oriented to join our team as a Loan Management Associate. You’ll be in charge of helping with and handling loans—making sure payments go through, fixing any issues that pop up, and helping customers with their questions.
Responsibilities
- Help people apply for loans and make sure all the paperwork is right.
- Keep track of loan accounts, make sure payments are processed correctly, and send out statements.
- Answer questions from customers about their loans and payment schedules.
- Work with other teams to make sure loans get processed smoothly.
- Fix any mistakes and handle refunds when needed.
- Analyze credit reports i.e. Softpulls
- Keep up-to-date with the rules about loans and follow them.
Qualifications
- A college degree in finance or business is great, but not necessary.
- You need to be really careful with details and good at keeping track of things.
- You should be able to speak to people nicely and write emails.
- Knowing your way around a computer is helpful.
- It’d be nice if you’ve worked with loans before, but we can train you.

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
